  • Billing automatically stops when services become unavailable

1.3 Hardware Failures

If your Game Save experiences issues due to hardware failures or infrastructure problems on our end, you will receive full credit for the affected time period.

2. General Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on token purchases, provided you request the refund within 24 hours of purchase. This policy helps us prevent abuse while ensuring genuine customer satisfaction.

2.2 Fair Use

To maintain fair access for all users, we reserve the right to deny refund requests if a user extensively uses the service and then requests a refund. Our 24-hour window helps ensure legitimate usage.

Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original payment. Any exchange rate differences are handled by your financial institution, not by sfact.io.

5.3 Payment Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.

6. Shared Saves Service

Our Shared Saves service is completely free. Since there are no charges associated with this service, refunds are not applicable. However, if you experience issues with the service, please contact our support team for assistance.
