Welcome to sfact.io, operated as a Delaware Limited Liability Company ("sfact.io," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our free community Shared Saves service (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Shared Saves is a free community service that lets you upload your Satisfactory save file and share a link to it. Other visitors can launch a temporary, read-only Satisfactory server with your save loaded and explore your build for a limited time per session. Any in-game changes a visitor makes are discarded when the session ends; your original save file is never modified.
The Service is provided free of charge. We do not require payment for any feature, and we do not currently sell any add-ons, subscriptions, or premium tiers through the Service.
The Service is in beta. It is fully functional and used daily, but we are actively adding features and improving the experience.
You can browse the public gallery and join shared-save sessions without an account. To upload a save and manage it, you may create an account using email/password signup or Google Sign-In. Anonymous/guest accounts are available for limited functionality.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You retain full ownership of your game save files and any screenshots, descriptions, or other content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
When you make a save publicly visible, you grant other users a limited license to view it on the Service and to launch a temporary, in-game session with it. You can change a save's visibility or delete it at any time.
You may not upload or share content that is illegal, violates Satisfactory's Terms of Service, contains sexually explicit material, constitutes hate speech or harassment, or infringes on copyrights.
Commercial use of the Service requires our permission. Please contact us if you have a commercial use case in mind.
You must comply with Coffee Stain Studios' Satisfactory Terms of Service when using the Service. We operate as an independent third-party service without official partnership with Coffee Stain Studios.
You may not use the Service to harass other users, attempt to compromise the security or availability of our infrastructure, or interfere with other visitors' sessions.
We provide the Service on a best-effort basis without formal service level agreements. Sessions may be limited in length, and we may pause, throttle, or terminate sessions to keep the Service available for everyone. Maintenance may be performed without advance notice.
We store your uploaded saves so you can manage and reshare them. We may impose reasonable storage limits and we may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
You may request that we delete your account and your uploaded content. We retain account and content data for business and legal purposes for a reasonable period after deletion, except where applicable law requires shorter retention.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
Support is provided on a best-effort basis directly by our engineers, primarily by email and through the contact form on our About page. We aim to respond within a few business days.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. You can choose your notification preferences for service announcements.
We employ encryption in transit and at rest using standard cloud-provider encryption. In the event of a security breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts.
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and maintain takedown procedures for copyright infringement claims.
